- Individual Membership: Please complete the Membership Application at the button below and email the application to our Executive Director at executivedirector@mariettakiwanis.org.
- Individual Membership U40: Are you under 40 years of age? If yes, then join us by completing the U40 Membership Application by clicking the button below and emailing the application to our Executive Director at executivedirector@mariettakiwanis.org.
- Corporate Membership: Please complete the Membership Application at the link and send it to our Executive Director via email at executivedirector@mariettakiwanis.org.
