What is Emmanual's Village?
More than just housing, they will offer a supportive environment where families can rebuild their lives, access essential services, and move from survival to stability.
Through safe shelter, mentorship, and community support, Emmanuel’s Village is a place of hope and new beginnings.
Part of the current plan for the project is a playground for the children living in the village.
Follow along in 2026!
The Kiwanis Club of Marietta and President Ernie believe in kids being kids! Future residents of Emmanuel’s Village will have a playground designed just for them to have fun and to create a sense of community.
Follow along on this journey so you can see just how much the Kiwanis Club of Marietta supports children in our community.

2025 Major emphasis project
Each club president selects a Major Emphasis Project that reflects their goals and the mission of the Marietta Kiwanis Club. These projects are typically large in scale and designed to make a meaningful impact in the community. This year, President Andy Tatnall has chosen the Friendship Formal as the Major Emphasis Project.
The Friendship Formal is a prom-style event that celebrates friendship, inclusion, and community. Supported by the Marietta Kiwanis Club, this special evening is designed for individuals with disabilities and their guests to enjoy music, dancing, and connection in a joyful, welcoming environment. Volunteers from the club help organize and staff the event, making it a highlight of the service year.
